We do our best to work with our client’s budget without sacrificing quality.
What files do we get with our design?
We offer all original editable art files as well as images that you can place on your website and facebook. (.jpeg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, etc)
Can you provide us with professional references?
Of course we can, give us a call.
What software does Shamsi Design use?
We specialize in Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, and InDesign.
Do you accept credit card?
Yes.
Do you guys print business cards, flyers, etc?
Yes we do. We print through two companies that we work with close in hand. After print, the product is directly shipped to you. We offer regular printing solutions as well as premium solutions such as silk laminate, plastic, and foil.
What is the turnaround for design work?
This varies on numerous factors including the type of product, how many pages/sections, whether we create the content or the client does, how custom this product may be, etc. Give us a call if you have deadlines and we will gladly expediate your work as quickly as we can.
What is the turnaround for print work?
This varies with our print companies. Usually ranges from 3-4 days, however most products have a next day print option available if you need it immediately. Most of our premium products such as silk and foil will take 1-2 weeks including shipping.
Will you guys sponsor our event with design work?
Depending on what type of event you will be hosting. Give us a call we are open for ideas.
I have a logo, but can you recreate it on the computer?
Yes. We can recreate your logo into high resolution version that can be used on virtually anything. All of our logos are high resolution and come in encapsulated post script format.
Do you offer Website Updating service?

Yes. We offer a very low monthly price that can be cancelled at anytime unless you opt to choose a monthly plan which will save you more money.
